“Will I still be able to study if the situation gets worse?”

Our Academic Support team is already based remotely and they will continue to offer our services as they do currently. Also, we have plans in place for incidents such as these where student services might have to work remotely so you can still get non-academic support if needed. Access to MyKaplan means that wherever you are, you have access to your study resources and classroom courses have already been moved to our virtual classroom - our Live Online courses.

Accessing study materials

“How will I get access to my materials if deliveries are interrupted

As an online retailer our publishing and warehouse team are continuing to operate.
We have prioritised those courses which start first.
Some courses may start without hard copy materials having arrived if couriers face disruption. In the meantime, all online versions of the study materials are available for students to access on MyKaplan. Do also remember that you can access your materials on an iphone, ipad and android devices even when you are offline via the Brightspace Pulse App. Please find details on how to use this here.

Institute Exam date updates

“What is the latest on the exam dates for the qualification I am studying and does this have an impact on my course dates?”

IMPORTANT: If you are a sponsored student we will liaise with your employer regarding which of the course options below they wish you to do. You will then be sent an updated enrolment confirmation.

“Where can I find more information about the virus?”

We recommend our students get the facts from your own government website

“What should I do if I’m concerned I may potentially have the coronavirus?”

If you are experiencing a high temperature (to feel hot to touch on your chest or back) or have developed a new, continuous cough, you should stay at home and self isolate for 7 days if you live alone, or for 14 days if you live with others.
